Club membership is for 12 months from activation date. Club membership is non-transferable and only the member can redeem free refills and/or Diamond Treatments. Club membership is not mandatory and at no extra cost to qualified customers. Join-in instant gifts are limited as follows: Bronze Level: Body Care, Mens Care, White Collection. Silver / Gold / Black Levels: Body Care, Mens Care, White Collection, and Blue Collection. Free refills are available only at original point of purchase and with the return of empty original jars. Amount of refills cannot exceed the number of free refills associated with the respective club level. Free refills must be redeemed during the term of the membership and cannot be redeemed after the membership is terminated unless membership has been renewed. Free refills or Diamond Treatment cannot be exchanged or redeemed for credit. Forever Flawless retains the right to change its Diamond Club program from time to time.
